Listing your property on Cantra Hub is free. We charge 10% per booking for free users or 8% or less for premium users. There are no upfront costs or monthly fees for free users.
When do I get paid for bookings?
Host payouts are processed within 24 hours after the guest checks in. Funds typically arrive in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your payout method.
What if a guest damages my property?
Hosts can claim damages through our Resolution Center. Document any damage with photos and submit a claim within 14 days of checkout. We facilitate communication between you and the guest to resolve the issue.
Can I set my own house rules?
Yes! You have complete control over your house rules. Common rules include quiet hours, no smoking, no pets, and maximum guest limits. Make sure to clearly communicate rules in your listing.
How do I become a Superhost?
To become a Superhost, maintain a 4.8+ overall rating, complete at least 10 trips per year, maintain a <1% cancellation rate, and respond to 90% of messages within 24 hours.
