Available here without signing in or installing the app.
Permanently delete your Cantra account, profile, saved information, messages, reviews and associated uploads. This is not temporary deactivation and cannot be undone.
We email a one-time confirmation to your account address, including Apple relay addresses. Password and social sign-in accounts use the same process — no password is needed.
After you confirm, access is disabled immediately. Our team completes erasure within 30 days. You can request deletion even with open bookings; we arrange cancellations, refunds and outstanding settlements before completion.
Only limited financial amount, date, currency and payment-reference records remain for seven years for accounting and legal obligations. These do not include your profile, contact details, messages or uploads. Backups expire under our privacy retention policy.
If historical Apple tokens are unavailable, your Cantra account is still deleted. To remove any remaining Apple authorization, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Cantra Hub → Delete, or visit account.apple.com → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
