Community safety

Do not post harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, scams, or another person’s private information. These rules apply to listings, reviews, photos and messages. Violations may lead to content removal or restrictions on posting and messaging.

Report and block

Use “Report / block” on a listing, review, host response or chat message. Choose a reason and submit. Reporting does not automatically remove content. Support reviews reports and may remove content or restrict an account’s posting and messaging.

Blocking stops direct communication in both directions across conversations. It does not cancel bookings, hide public listings, or notify the other person who blocked them. Use “Unblock author” on the same content to remove your block.

Human review

Basic preventive text checks reject some harmful phrases; they are not comprehensive automated moderation. New or changed listing and review photos/videos are held for human review before publication. Existing media can be reported and removed. Reporters’ identities and private conversations are not shown publicly. Moderators see the reported item and its media, not unrelated messages.
